COOKING CLUB W/C 05FEB

Good afternoon

Next week the group will be making Cheese Scones in Cooking Club.

225g self raising flour

pinch salt

pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

1tsp baking powder

55g butter

100g cheddar cheese

80-90 ml milk, plus extra for glazing

Extra cheese for topping the scones

Something to take the scones home in.

Please drop all ingredients in a named bag and take to the reception in the morning so we can take to K2 in preparation  for the club.

Pick up from K2 by the  staff carpark at 4.30pm
